With the holiday season soon approaching, we will be continuing virtual and one-on-one consultations in place of the in-person group meetings. I am hoping to begin class at the start of the new year, but I have not gotten cleared for this yet. I will be sure to keep you all posted. In the meantime, please let me know if you are interested in setting up a consultation. I am available 8 am-3 pm Monday-Friday and I will have some evening availability in November if there is interest (4-5:30 time range).
This week’s post is nice and festive! I am including caramel apple steel-cut oats. Be sure to eat your breakfast! This sets the tone for the whole day in kick starting your metabolism and promoting other healthy choices later in the day.

• 1 ½ cup dry steel cut oats
• 3-3 ½ cups water

2. Cook 15-20 minutes
3. Refrigerate and reheat in microwave for 4 minutes (add water)
