Thank you for signing up for a food safety class or exam with the Warren County Health District.
As a reminder, the registration and payment for the class must be received one week in advance of the class. You will not be registered for the class until payment and registration are received. No refunds will be issued.
If you need to pay for your class, please Pay Online or call us at 513-695-1220 to make a payment over the phone. You can also bring in check/cash to 416 South East St., Lebanon.
Level II/ServSafe Manager’s Certification Courses are a two day class from 8 am to 5 pm on the scheduled class days. The cost is $150 per person.
Level II – Test Only takes place on the second day of scheduled Level II courses. The cost is $75 per test.
Level I/Person in Charge Courses are one day class from 9 am to noon on the scheduled class days. The cost is $130 per person.
