For those of you who haven’t yet, follow the directions below for developing your six month goal:
1. Come up with 1-2 physical,/mental/emotional/spiritual goals
2. Write down 10 reasons why these goals are important to you
3. Hang these up somewhere you can reference them each day!
**Those that record their goals are much more successful at achieving them!
