Sliding fee scale determined by income and household size for the uninsured or underinsured. Medicaid Managed Care accepted. We also accept some Private Insurance. Please inquire when making an appo9intment. We are not a Medicare Provider.

Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic provides:

• Confidential patient evaluation
• Laboratory testing including Chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis, HIV, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C
• Treatment of sexually transmitted diseases
