Sliding fee scale determined by income for the uninsured or the under-insured Medicaid Managed Care accepted: Medicaid, Molina, Buckeye, Paramount, and Care Source. We also accept some Private Insurance. Please inquire when making an appointment. We are not a Medicare provider.
Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic provides:
- Confidential patient evaluation
- Laboratory testing including Chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis, HIV, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C
- Treatment of sexually transmitted diseases
- Age requirement 13 years or older
