The Warren County Board of Health originally adopted the Housing and Premise Maintenance Regulations setting minimum housing standards in Warren County 35 years ago and the Housing Program remains active today. Our public health sanitarians respond to complaints on premise maintenance issues outside the home and also on maintenance and cleanliness issues inside the home. If you have reported a maintenance issue to your landlord and the problem has not been resolved in a reasonable period of time, please complete the Nuisance Complaint Form and return it to our office. An inspector will stop out or schedule an appointment if requested to verify the problem and issue orders to the landlord to correct the problem.
