Online Lesson – 11/16/20

The two links below discuss SUSTAINABLE ways to lose weight and to how to gain lean muscle mass. Even if your goal is solely to  lose weight, it is good to gain muscle as well because it is more efficient at burning fat. These articles are validation that I’m not the only one coming up with these ideas. This is not out of nowhere. Six years of education, exposure to copious research, and 7 years in nutrition/wellness have helped me see success with this time and time again with myself and my patients/clients. **Remember, we should be consuming at least 1,200 calories a day. We are reaching  a point of starvation if we are taking in less.
