Complaints related to COVID-19 and the Stay At Home Order issued by the Director of the Ohio Department of Health will be cataloged, reviewed, and evaluated by health district staff. In instances where enforcement action can be taken the health district will move to ensure compliance with the order. Due to the volume of complaints you may not receive a response from this office but all submissions will be reviewed.
It is the responsibility of each business owner to review the order issued by the Ohio Department of Health to determine if their work qualifies as essential per the guidelines outlined. If an employee or acquaintance of a worker at an essential business has a complaint about the social distancing measures being implemented they must first contact their employer regarding such issues.
Please note that some locations, such as the Solid Rock Church, are not under the jurisdiction of the Warren County Health District. The City of Middletown has their own health district and the City of Monroe is under the jurisdiction of the Butler County General Health District. Please note that religious entities are considered an Essential Business and Operation under Section 12 of the Director’s Stay at Home Order. Changes to the order cannot occur on the local level and would require the order to be modified by the Ohio Department of Health in cooperation with the Governor’s Office.
We will forward complaints as needed, but please keep this in mind when submitting complaints. Thank you.
