Any of you that have met with me regarding weight loss understand that you must be at a 500 calorie deficit or greater for 7 days to lose 1 lb in a week. While this seems taxing, it can be done quite simply by limiting soft drinks and alcohol consumption and making some foods substitutions. See the article below to learn more!

Our Zoom cooking classes have been an absolute blast! We have another one coming up today, and another stir fry event coming up on Sunday, 3/21 at 6 pm.
