The Warren County Health District will be offering a seasonal flu vaccination walk-in clinic for the public on Tuesday, November 12th and Tuesday, November 19th from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Warren County Health District located at 416 S. East St., Lebanon. WCHD will have nurses available to come to the car to give flu shots for those individuals with mobility difficulties. National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day is this Saturday, October 26th. It is sponsored by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and is held twice each year. Gather your old, unused or expired medications and take them to a drop off location. Visit www.DEATakeBack.com to find a collection site near you. Sites will accept most pills and patches. They cannot accept liquids or needles.
The Warren County Health District recognizes the importance of immunizations. Due to the high demand for required school immunizations at this time, we will be offering an evening clinic to ensure all families have an opportunity to get their children’s required school vaccinations. Appointments will be available on Tuesday, September, 17th from 3:15-6:00 pm. Please call 513-695-1468 to schedule an appointment. This clinic is for school immunization requirements needed for Kindergarten, 7th Grade, and 12th Grade only. Medicaid, Most Medicaid Managed Care Plans, Contracted Private Insurance and a Sliding Fee Scale available. Previous immunization record required.
